    1.About Echo Of Sweden

   - The company is based in Norrtälje. The company's postal address is Bangårdsgatan 8, 761 31 Norrtälje, Sweden

    2.Ordering

   - Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details about products, prices, billing, and shipping address.

   - If there is any error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at info@echoofsweden.com.

 

    3.Delivery

   - Our normal delivery time is 4-7 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped not earlier than the folloing Monday.

   - If there are any delays in delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us at info@echoofsweden.com.

 

    5.Prices

   - All prices in the store are in SEK and include 25% VAT.

   - We reserve the right to adjust the price due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information.

 

    6.Right of Withdrawal

   - When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received an ordered item.

   - When exercising your right of withdrawal:

     - You must notify us of your decision. The notification should be sent to us at info@echoofsweden.com. Your name, address, email address, order number, and the items for return should be clearly stated in your message.

     - You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification.

     - You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return.

     - We reserve the right to deduct an amount equivalent to the depreciation from the refund amount if the product is used or damaged.

 

     7.Complaints and Claims

   - We inspect all products before shipping. If the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we will, in accordance with consumer protection legislation, rectify the error free of charge.

   - You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

   - Complaints should be made immediately after the defect is discovered.

 

    8.Limitation of Liability

   - We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise from the product.

   - We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure).

 

    9.Product Information

   - We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website and product sell-outs. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products due to color variations depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution.
